Francisco Bonneville come to our kitchen to bring us a workshop dedicated to the comforting Japanese broths - Ramen.
It was at Casa de Pasto da Palmeira that he refined his technique and had the freedom to explore the various paths of Asian food. With JoĂ£o Pupo Lameiras, he explored Japan and its ancestral gastronomy, to open the restaurant RO together.
