Chef Sofia Pereira
In this workshop, we will explore sweets from the north to the south of the country, looking at different regions and exploring typical Portuguese ingredients and techniques.
Chef Sofia Pereira has always been passionate about pastry. She started her training at the age of 6 and has accumulated over 100 training courses. She studied at the Estoril School of Hospitality and Tourism and is currently finishing her master's degree in Food Design. With experience in hotels such as the Bairro Alto Hotel and the Ritz Four Seasons, she is currently a pastry chef at the Estoril Vintage Hotel, has opened her own business and teaches at two schools.
