Francisco Bonneville come to our kitchen to bring us a workshop dedicated to the comforting Japanese broths - Ramen.
It was at Casa de Pasto da Palmeira that he refined his technique and had the freedom to explore the various paths of Asian food. With João Pupo Lameiras, he explored Japan and its ancestral gastronomy, to open the restaurant RO together.
