Afonso's career began alongside Chef Paulo Morais, one of the most knowledgeable chefs in oriental cuisine in Portugal. He has worked at Rabo de Pêxe, Unisushi, Himitsu Sushi Bar, Tamawashi and the Michelin-starred Kanazawa. Today he dedicates himself to sharing knowledge through dynamic workshops full of wisdom.
